Executive says Baltika wants to export beer to South Africa
MOSCOW, Nov 29 (PRIME) -- Russian beer brewery Baltika wants to start exports to South Africa and raise sales to the other African states, Oleg Lazarenko, director for export sales to the European and non-CIS states, said on Wednesday.
"Our products are supplied to more than 40 countries around the world, including some countries on the African continent, but not yet to South Africa,” Lazarenko said.
“We intend to discover the South African market, choose a reliable distributor and jointly establish active sales of Russian beer."
He said that Baltika could use South Africa as a logistic hub to send beer to different states on the continent.
